Counseling

Holistic client centered talk therapy integrating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and evidence-based psychotherapy approaches to help you process emotions, stress, trauma, and life transitions. Sessions create a safe, inclusive space to be heard, gain clarity, and identify helpful coping skills. Work with an LMSW to build confidence, develop self-understanding, and acquire skills so you can achieve your personal goals, navigate relationships, and move through life transitions with more ease
